This cushion can wash directly, hand washing, machine washing, are all ok. But please noted, 

the filling, should be separate the cover.  

Fabric testing: AZO free, Colorfastness to light based on test standard (BS EN ISO 105-B04:1999) Grade 5-6, water repellerent treatment.
